Northwest Family Services is very excited to have George MS 8th graders partner with them as one of only four organizations in the nation to have been awarded an Adolescent Family Life (AFL) Prevention Demonstration grant funded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services. These programs will implement and evaluate innovative approaches to deliver positive youth development and supportive services to find effective means, within the context of the family, to help youth abstain from sexual activity.
